Williamsburg Spinners and Weavers Guild is an educational organization formed to foster interest in spinning, weaving and the related fiber arts, and to encourage the exchange of information and inspiration among members and the greater community and region at large. Anyone interested in spinning, weaving, knitting, felting, etc. is welcome to join. Our members are located primarily in the Williamsburg, Virginia area, and on the Middle and Northern Necks.

We meet monthly at 10:00 a.m on the third Monday. Meetings are normally held in the James City County/Williamsburg Community Center, 5301 Longhill Road, Williamsburg VA. Please see the Meetings page for meeting topics. Everyone is invited to join us!

During the year, we hold workshops from time to time. Photos from these and other events are shown in the Photo Gallery.

At monthly meetings, members and visitors are encouraged to participate in Show-and-Tell. Here are photos of such an event.

Each year, WSWG is invited to display fiber techniques at the MidAtlantic Quilt Festival in Hampton, VA--the former Williamsburg Quilt Show. This year it was held February 23-23. Here are photos from the WSWG booth
